We aim to ship in-stock orders within 48 hours of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays).

Within Australia all orders are sent Australia Post Express and should arrive the following business day (subject to Australia Post terms and conditions). Overseas orders are sent Air Mail with a 3-10 day delivery window.

We do not charge shipping for orders over AU$99.00. We charge a flat rate of $7.00 for orders below AU$99.00.

If an item is out of stock we will advise you of its status (ie whether we can fill the order at a later date) and forward the available item/s first. The shipping deal on your original order will be honoured at our cost.

All prices on our site are in Australian dollars.  You can pay by credit card or by PayPal by signing in to your PayPal account at our checkout.  Our checkout will also allow you to pay by credit card if you do not have a PayPal account.  You can also            email us at sales@Pohli.com.au and provide full details of the items, quantities, sizes and colours that you wish to order.  We'll then issue you an online invoice which you can pay online by credit card and once cleared, we will ship your purchases.  Please be aware though that this method will involve a longer processing time compared to payment at our checkout.

We want you to be delighted with your Pohli golf apparel. However if you wish to return an item for any reason you may do so within 14 days of the date of receipt for a full refund (less shipping costs in the case of items originally posted shipping free) or exchange for the same item in a different size and/or colour. For orders of golf apparel over $99 we will refund you the cost of postage for returns (Australian orders only). For exchanges of golf apparel we will meet the cost for standard postage or if you prefer, we will send Express Post at our nominal $7.00 charge (regardless of whether or not the original order was shipping free). Please nominate in your email whether you would like the exchange sent standard or Express.

Your golf apparel must be returned unworn, unwashed and unaltered, ie in their original state together with all labels and packaging. Please try on your purchases for the first time without removing labels and please take extra special care not to mark them with make up, lipstick or perfume traces as we are unable to refund or exchange soiled golf clothing.

Email returns@pohli.com.au and let us know:

  • why you are returning;
  • whether you would like a refund for your golf apparel (if requested within 14 days) or exchange (if you would like to exchange, please check our website first to confirm the item is available in the size/colour you would like);
  • where you wish to exchange your golf apparel, whether you are happy with standard mail (free) or Express post ($7.00 nominal charge applies); and
  • include details of your golf apparel's product code and size/colour.

Pack all items in original packaging, together with your original invoice and the return authorisation code that we will send you. Please ensure items are securely packaged as we will not be able to accept them if they are damaged.

Returns should be posted to Pohli, PO Box 786 Neutral Bay Junction 2089 Australia.

Usually within 48 hours of receipt we will check your return package and let you know when your exchange or refund, as applicable, will be processed. We aim to do this as soon as practicably possible.

If the returned golf clothing is found to be not in its original state (eg worn, marked or stained and/or not in their original packaging) no refund/exchange can be made and they will be returned to you by standard post.

We check all items prior to shipping but if some unforeseen problem arises, please follow the procedure for 'Returns', and in addition when you email us to advise that you seek to return please include a full description of the fault, with a photograph of your golf wear if possible.

If your golf apparel is faulty Pohli will provide you with new product in the same size and colour unless that item is no longer in stock, in which case we will issue you a refund. We’ll also provide you a discount voucher for use on your next purchase of golf apparel to compensate for the cost and inconvenience of shipping the returned item.

If the returned items are found to be not faulty and not in their original state (eg worn, marked or stained and/or not in their original packaging) they will be returned to you by standard post.

Privacy Policy

We understand your privacy is important to you. Please ensure you read and understand our privacy policy before using our site.

When you browse our site www.pohli.com.au this will occur anonymously - in that we are unable to see your personal details. We are, however, able to determine your IP address which we may use in aggregate figures to help us improve our business including measuring use of, or diagnosing problems or areas where we could improve our website and our business.

When you apply to join the Pohli club and in other situations you may, of your choice, provide us your email address and we reserve the right to use your email address to send you details of new products or special offers. We promise:

  • Not to clog up your inbox with pointless advertising. We’ll only contact you when we’ve got something worthwhile to tell or offer you, like a new range or availability of sale items;
  • We will only provide your details to a third party as strictly necessary to ensure the effective delivery of products you order from us (for example, providing delivery companies with your name, address and contact number);
  • We won’t sell or make available your email address to any third party without your knowledge and agreement.

You will have have the choice (email us at info@pohli.com.au) of removing your email, name and contact details from our current records, in which case, limited only by technological constraints, we will endeavour to ensure your details are permanently removed. Please note, however, that we cannot remove past transaction details or details that we are required by law to maintain and nor are we able to remove your details from backed up copies of our computer systems.

Pohli’s website may contain links to other websites. We recommend you read and understand the privacy policy of those websites prior to use or browsing as we are not responsible for them.

Security

Whilst we use our best endeavours to ensure your privacy and security, it’s an unfortunate fact of life that no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure. In using our website you agree to not expose yourself to unreasonable risk (for example by entering your personal and/or financial details on publicly visible, non secure networks) and you acknowledge that for reasons outside of our control (a) the use of internet-based services, including those of Pohli, inherently involves privacy and security limitations in which your data may be inadvertently revealed to a third party without your knowledge or consent, or that of Pohli; and (b) data transmitted by you, including financial data and records, may be recorded or tampered with by unauthorised third parties, and cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

By using this website, you are agreeing to the terms of Pohli’s privacy and security policies. We reserve the right to modify our privacy and security policies at any time and we will post the current version of our policies on our website. By continuing to use our website after changes to our privacy and security policies have been posted you are taken to have agreed to be bound by the policies as amended by us.

We’re continually on the lookout for ways to improve our Pohli women's golf apparel and this may mean that some details of the items we ship to you may vary slightly from illustrations on this website. We guarantee that product shipped will be of a same or improved quality.
